Senior portraits due November 20
To be included in the yearbook and to meet requirements from our publishing company, senior portraits must be submitted by the deadline of November 20, 2019. Use the student name (LastFirst) as the filename. Using a professional photographer who specializes in senior photo portraiture best ensures quality printing in the yearbook.
If you do not plan to schedule a sitting with a professional photographer, visit the gymnasium on Picture Day, September 6, 2019, to have a Photo ID taken by Harmann Studios which will be used as a portrait in the yearbook senior section pages.
During the course of the year, many measures are taken to acquire 450+ senior portraits and prevent any missing images in the yearbook. However, some responsibility is placed upon individual students to adhere to our process and to verify the accuracy of their portrait submission. Layouts of all senior portrait pages are posted in the rotunda for seniors to check, and yearbook staff members attempt to contact any seniors and parents to make a last effort to collect missing images. Finalized layout pages are printed and posted again for student reference after which they are submitted for publication. Bay Port Yearbook cannot be held accountable for missing portraits and will not refund or correct any inaccuracies.
